Richard ‘Dick’ Camarota CEO and Founder
Dick has over 30 years’ experience in international business. Prior to founding ITC, Dick served as Vice President of International for John Thomas Batts. His management experience was gained through a career with AMF, where he rose to become Vice President and General Manager for the Slickcraft Boat Division. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and completed an Executive Management course in International Business at Thunderbird School of International Business. Dick oversees product development and holds many patents.
Michael ‘Mike’ Camarota President
Mike holds a BA degree with honors from Marquette University in Political Science and a Doctorate of Law from the University of Connecticut. He worked in corporate law with the firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, PLC until joining ITC. He now oversees day-to-day operations for all divisions of the Company. He has worked in various capacities with ITC for many years prior to joining full time in 2000. He has been instrumental in forming the marketing strategy that has successfully resulted in market penetration and product diversification.
Richard ‘Dick’ Hartmann, Jr. Vice President of Engineering
Dick holds an M.E. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and extensive post graduate studies from Penn State and Grand Valley State University. As a graduate engineer, he has held management level positions in high volume plastic injection mold, industrial equipment and automotive machine tool industries. He holds ten U.S. and international patents.
Robert Van Driel elio Sales Manager
Robert graduated cum laude from the University of Phoenix. Holding senior leadership positions throughout his career, Robert has been involved with custom applications and state of the art technology for over 25 years with small and Fortune 500 companies. In 2005 he joined ITC with management responsibility for all custom products used in Automotive Aftermarket, Contract Furniture and General Industrial markets. Recently Robert has added the role of leading the elio division which develops and provides LED luminaries for the contract furniture, health care, hospitality and retail market segments.
Terry Bakewell Product Line Specialist
Terry has enjoyed a long career in a diverse range of technical sales roles. He holds a BA from The University of Michigan with concentrations in Psychology, English, and Business Communication. With experience in outdoor signage, backlit POP and digital printing, as well being a serious photographer, Terry is well versed in interpreting the quality of light and excited to help bring LED lighting to retail merchandising.
Tom Ward Quality Manager
Tom educational background consists of a BS in Business Administration as well as an MBA and electronic engineering training. Prior to joining the ITC team, his experiences were gained through Rowe International, who manufactures various products including high quality jukeboxes, where he worked in many capacities including Quality Manager and Quality Engineer.
AITC – Asian Operations Team Members
John Pan General Manager Asian Operations
John has a BS in Industrial design and an MBA. John has been working in designing, sourcing and manufacturing product for the past 20 years. Most of his experience has been in project and team management and he has a great understanding of the US market.
Dennis Zhang Quality Manager
Dennis has a BS in Electrical Engineering and has been working in quality assurance for the past 14 years. He holds a Certificate of Quality Engineering and is well versed in ISO 9000 standards.
Wilson Xie Chief Electrical Engineer
Wilson has a BS in Electrical Engineering with 13 year’s experience in electric and electronic design and manufacturing. He has gained experience in design and development of electronic appliances for the Japanese market and is as master in working with listing agencies such as UL, CE and CSA to meet the standards required.
